Day 1: Arrival and City Tour of Managua

Your adventure in Nicaragua begins with a warm welcome at Augusto Cesar Sandino Airport in Managua. After checking into your hotel, you may embark on a city tour, depending on your arrival time. Managua, the capital city, offers a mix of modernity and historical landmarks, providing a glimpse into the country's rich history and culture.
Day 2: Exploring Leon Viejo and Leon City

After an early breakfast, you will transfer to the ruins of Leon Viejo, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the oldest Spanish colonial settlements in the Americas. Here, you'll learn about the history of the original city, which was abandoned due to volcanic activity from the nearby Momotombo Volcano. Next, you'll visit the Hervideros de San Jacinto, a geothermal area with bubbling mud pits. Afterward, you'll head to Leon City for lunch and visits to the Ruben Dario Museum, dedicated to the famous Nicaraguan poet, and the Gurdian Gallery, which showcases contemporary art. The day concludes with a return to your hotel in Managua.
Day 3: Discovering Masaya and Granada

Following breakfast, you will transfer to Masaya Volcano, known for its active lava lake and dramatic views. The visit to the Mercado de Artesanías in Masaya offers a chance to purchase traditional crafts and souvenirs. Next, you'll visit Catarina, where you'll enjoy lunch and panoramic views of the lagoon. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring Granada, one of the oldest colonial cities in the Americas. You'll visit the Central Park, the Chocolate Museum, and take a boat tour of the Granada islets in Lake Cocibolca. Your day ends with an overnight stay at a hotel in Granada.
Day 4: Departure

After checking out of your hotel in Granada, you'll transfer back to Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport in Managua for your departure, bringing an end to your enriching Nicaraguan journey.
